to be good, but will vary according to the specialization
of the person. Continuing education is critical to keep

and update product designs and to optimize their manufacturing
processes. Employers will rely on engineers to further
increase productivity, as investment in plant and equipment
increases to expand output of goods and services. New
computer and communications systems have improved the
design process, enabling engineers to produce and analyze
various product designs much more rapidly than in the
past and to collaborate on designs with other engineers
throughout the world. Despite these widespread applications,
computer technology is not expected to limit employment
opportunities. The future definitely holds brighter
days for the IT professionals with more and more companies
world over moving towards digitizing their work.

towards digitizing their work, the need for professionals
in the IT field will keep touching new highs since the
field requires only highly skilled professionals.

If one chooses to enter this field, he/she should be
prepared to work for long hours that may extend longer
than the usual. The work is challenging, and the work
hours are long and hard. Be prepared to face the challenge.

4 + 2 years
Eligibility
Conditions: Pass in 12th class of 10+2 pattern
or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks
in physics, chemistry and mathematics (including practical)
provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately.
Candidate must additionally have passed English as a
subject of study (core or elective) in the qualifying
examination.
