GURU
NANAK INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT- A center for higher learning,
devoted exclusively to management education was conceived
by DSGNC in 1996, which is premier welfare organization towards
imparting non profit education to students.
Guru
Nanak Institute of Management has been rated as 'A' grade
institute as a result of country wide survey of 910 management
instates (including universities) recently conducted by All
India Management Association (AIMA), Business India and management
development research agency (MDRA). The result was published
in Indian Management in its issue of December 2003. Guru Nanak
Institute of Management is placed under 'A' grade, which indicates
that the performance is much better than several universities
who have been rated 'B' or 'C' grade. Perhaps GNIM is on the
top of autonomous management institutes established after
1996.
