The
R.C. Institute of Technology is a growth oriented institute
established by Sri Ram Chander Gahlot Charitable Trust in
the year 2000, the institute is spread over an area of more
than 2 avers, with a built up space ofg 25000 sq.ft. has a
serene environment with spring lawns providing a perfect learning
atmosphere. Thrust of education at RCIT is to provide dynamic
learning environment i.e., changing in response to the changing
needs of trade ,industry & society also to inculcate leadership
qualities, team spirit and to create not only the professionals
but also the perfect individuals.
Infrastructure:
The institute has well equipped air condition Science, Psychology
,Computer labs (with HP computers Laser, DeskJet Dot Matrix
Printers, Scanners 7 CD) All computers are wll connected in
the network with dedicated powerful HP Netserver in Win NT
& Linux platform backed by dedicated and independent ISDN
line through Router for easy access internet connectivity
with backup bt 140 KVA Generator, Air-conditioned class rooms
a well stocked library with more than 5000 books. The institute
also provides Transportation facility to the students.
Faculty:
The institute has qualified & experienced core faculty headed
by Dr R.G. Saxena, Former Member of Agriculture, Cost & Price
Commission Govt. of India and founder principal of DDU College,
University of Delhi, as Director. Faculty members activity
participate in National and international seminars organized
by various academic and professional organizational.

Future
Programmes:
The institute is affiliated since 2000 for BIS (H) /BCA programmed
to GGS IP University will have 5th batch of students from
August,2004.
Advisory Committee:
The
management of the institute is committed to shaper this institute
as a 'Center of Excellence' for young boys and girls who are
looking fro professional education and a rewarding career.
To achieve this end, the institute functions under the active
guidance of Advisory Committee comparing representatives and
experts deform academics, trade & industry.
Performance of Students:
The
institute is proud of its students fro their excellent performance
both in academic and co0curricualr activities. BIS (H) students
Ms. Manya Punyani topped the university in academic session
2003.
Co-curriculum
Activates:
The students of the institute actively participated in annual
festival "Anugoonj" 2003 of GGS IP University and bagged many
prizes & certificates. Students also received certificates
pf appreciation in technical paper presentation, organized
GGS ip University.
Lectures & Visits:
The Hon'ble Chief Minister Smt. Sheila Dikshit who visited
the institute has admired the overall profess made by the
institute in a short period. The college also organize lectures
from experts time to time to bring students closer to the
practical working environment of industry. Four experts of
Teacher's Educational delivered lectures provide an excellent
opportunity ot our students and faculty to enrich their knowledge
.A batch of 60 students of the computer science department
visited IIT, Delhi to attend a seminar on ".Net Technology"
organized by Microsoft. Placement Cell. The institute has
setup placement cell under the charge of a programmed officer
to maintain liaison with various software organizations and
industrial houses. The effort on the part of institute is
to provide the students carrier-oriented education and to
equip them to become professionals of distinction.
