Titiksha
Institute od Education (TIE) an institution of Titiksha Academic
Society (Regd.) was approved by NCTE for intake of 60 B.ED.
students for the academic session 2001-2002 However, as per
the recent norms of NCTE, the Intake has been raised to 100
students w.e.f. the academic session 2003-2004.
TIE located in pollution - free area of Sector - 11 Rohini,
is Housed in four- storyed building with all modern amenities
and teaching situated in the campus of Titiksha Public Senior
Secondary School ,spread all over an area of 4.0 acres. The
Institute has computer centre with latest hardware and software,
well eqiupped laboratories for physics, chemistry biology
geography and Psychology, spacious library having good stock
of books and adequate seating capacity for large number of
reader a big seminar room having radio - visual facilities
well- furnished spacious class rooms and tutorial rooms, separate
common rooms for bouys and girls and separate administrative
block. The Institute has a spacious play ground measuring
2.4 acres fro outdoor games, big assembly-hall having a capacvity
for more than 1000 students and a big sports complex for indoor
games.
The Institute ensures quality education under the guidence
of highly competent, well qualified teaching faculty. The
advisory Committee of the Institute has highly experienced
and renowned educations from various departments of NCERT
and University of Delhi.
The subjects of teaching methodology and optional subjects
at the Institute are Hindi, English, Maths, Integrated science,
Social Science, Accountancy, Business Studies, Environmental
Science, Educational Technology and Educational Guidance and
Counseling.
The Peincipal mootto of TIE is to train the students in communication
skills, develop personality and produce quality teachers,
Proficient in the latest trends of teaching-learning process
and processing a balanced blend of human values.
