MISSION
Vastu
Kala Academy, established in 1993 by the Institute for Social
Education.
Affiliated to G.G.S. Indraprastha Univeristy, for conducting
a 5 year B. Arch Degree courge. Three bathces of students
have passed out from vastu kala academy and the fourth is
on six months training.
LOCATION: ACCESSIBILITY & ENVIRONMENT
The
Academy is idealy located in close vicinity of prestigious
institutios like I.I.T. J.N.U. national institute of Health
education Institute of immunology, instoitute of mass communication
and is well serviced by public transport.
RESOURCES
Computer
Resource Centre: The institute houses an excellent comluter
Resource center with computer being an intrinsic and very
important part of architectural education which includes CAD
3-D modeling simulations, broadband internet support etc.
All latest software is available along with state of art computer
hardware support.
The
Geoinfomitics Studies: The College uses latest geographical
information software for town and rural planning digitizaion
of maps, conservation studies and research short duration
courses are also available for student.
Library:
Contains extensive collection of books journals reports technical
manuals on architecture interior design other releated fields
and books of general interest. The library is also linked
top Delhi library Network and thus has the benefit of obtaining
information and books from 135 libraries throughout india
and abroad.
The
Audio Visual & Media Division: The division function as
key resource to the Academy the diviiosn has facilities for
still and video photography editing sound recording, and color
slide.
